THE wheels are in motion for a community production to keep all the family entertained this half-term.

Fladdy Fladdy Bang Bang has been a real labour of love for the Fladbury Players as they wrote the script themselves - having started a year ago after their production of Snow White - and it will be performed from Thursday to Saturday, February 20-22.

It is a tale of a flying car, racing villains, rubbish spies, kidnap and romance, all set in fantastic world of Fladbrosia.

The production is part play, part panto and part circus.

Art, design and production has been carried out by Dev Naraine, while Eleanor Creed-Miles was the play's originator and will sit in the director's chair.

Daily performances in Fladbury Village Hall, near Evesham, will be staged at 7.30pm and 2.30pm matinees will be held on Friday and Saturday.

Tickets are £8 for adults, children aged five to 16 £4 and families £20.
