A NEW theatre group will present a free production on the subject of Jesus next month.
West Malvern-based 4front theatre is staging the Gsus Story in the village's Elim Arts Centre on Thursday, March 20, which is a whistle-stop tour of Holy Week through the eyes of a humble busker.
Talk around town is that Jesus is all the rage, so the simple busker decides to write a song about him and capitalise on some of his fame.
Along the way the audience will meet a beggar playing blind man’s bluff, a sister in a strop, a B&B owner just trying to raise a little dough and a whole range of other characters with whom Jesus has really struck a chord.
The performance starts at 7.30pm and admission is free, though donations will be welcome.
