A NEWLY-REVAMPED opticians in the centre of Worcester raised £125 for a school teaching children with special needs on Saturday by offering the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Specsavers in Broad Street recently re-opened after an extensive refit including new test rooms and celebrated its new look by offering customers the chance to win a Red Letter Day - experiences including driving a race car or a meal at the top of The Shard - by selling raffle tickets in aid of Fort Royal Community Primary School.
Store director Alan RIchards said: "Looking back over the last 14 years, which have gone so fast, it’s amazing to see how the business has changed.
"But our values and commitment remain the same – ensuring that we provide the very best in eye care to all our customers."
