FOOTBALLERS across the Midlands have donated £1,000 to military charity Help for Heroes.
The Midland Floodlit Youth League, which includes youngsters at Worcester City and Evesham United, made the donation to the Worcestershire branch of the charity at county ground, Aggborough, home of the Kidderminster Harriers.
The chairman of the league's management committee Colin Lowe presented Ian Baldry from the charity, who thanked everyone at the league for choosing Help for Heroes as one of the charities.
