CYCLISTS will be able to enjoy the Worcestershire countryside on a brand new charity bike ride event taking place this summer.

The Listers Jaguar Land Rover Worcester Classic 2014 has been organised in association with David Lloyd Leisure Worcester, and has a challenge for all abilities.

There will be three different and challenging routes, covering 55, 85 or 100 miles on Sunday, July 13.

The three one day rides are designed for all cycling enthusiasts, sportsmen and women who want to take on a challenge and at the same time raise some money for charity.

Riders taking on the rides will have all food and support provided on route by the Listers Jaguar Land Rover Worcester Classic support team.

The event will start and finish at the David Lloyd Club and all riders will receive medals for all three distances.

This year's event will be raising funds for Acorns Children's Hospice but riders can select a different charity if they wish.
