NUMBER plates have been stolen and replaced with other stolen plates during an incident police have called 'strange'.
The front and rear number plates were taken from a grey Vauxhall Vectra at B and G Nurseries in Boat Lane, Offenham, near Evesham on Sunday, April 20 at 3pm.
A similar registration plate theft took place between 12.01am on Saturday, April 21 and 8.08pm on Tuesday, April 22 in Port Street, Evesham.
At some point over the the 10 days the front and rear number plates of the car, a blue Vauxhall Vectra, were taken and replaced with number plates for the other car (the grey Vectra). It is unknown where or when this has happened, as the victim has only just realised.
Call police on their non-emergency number 101 if you have information.
