Church is setting for American flavoured gig

First published in News

A CHURCH with superb acoustics will be the setting for a gig with an American flavour.

The North Malvern Arts Co-op present the May Dolls at St Peter's Church, Cowleigh Bank, North Malvern, on Saturday, May 3, when the Transatlantic duo of Becca Roberts and Tyler Massey will perform their unique blend of American and British folk.

Joining them on the bill are Tres Primos, who specialise in traditional South American melodies arranged for two classical guitars, and Connie Gordon who will open the night with her renditions of Bob Dylan's classic material.

The church has now been hosting concerts and other arts for more than a year, offering ample seating and a family-friendly atmosphere alongside the impressive acoustics and an offering of local ales, wine and food.

The show starts at 8pm and tickets are £6 or £8, with proceeds going towards the church.

For more information and tickets, go to or call the box office on 01684 893858.
