A BUILDING in Worcester which has stood empty for about seven years is to be converted into six one-bedroom flats.
At a meeting on Thursday, April 24 Worcester City Council’s planning committee granted an application to build a two-storey extension at 37 St Wulstan’s Crescent.
Although the committee heard the development would cause traffic problems in an already-congested area, members heard the applicant had provided more than the required number of parking spaces and voted unanimously to approve the application.
