A CROSS-country police hunt has ended after a man who failed to turn up for his court case was arrested in Worcester.
Nineteen year-old Ashley Mitchell was arrested in Shap Drive in Warndon, Worcester on Tuesday (29th).
Mitchell, whose last known address was in Watford, failed to attend Central Hertfordshire Magistrates' Court on Thursday, April 17 in connection with a common assault in the town, near London.
Hertfordshire Police said last week they believed he could be here in Worcester.
Officers have since thanked the media and public for their help.
