THE re-opening of the Homebase store in Worcester tomorrow (Friday) will be marked with a £1,000 donation to Acorn's Children’s Hospice.
Colleagues voted unanimously to support the Worcester based charity offering care for life limited and life threatened children and young people, and their families.
A representative from Acorns Children’s Hospice will be on hand at the store in Elgar Retail Park, off Blackpole Road, to accept the donation from store manager Chris Cullinan before cutting the ribbon.
The new-look store will also be unveiled offering a range of new products and ways decorate the home, including touch screen technology allowing shoppers to transform rooms in their homes.
