NO LEGAL action is to be taken following a fight outside a Worcester pub on Sunday, May 4 as none of the people involved have complained to police.

Police were called to the car park of the Oak Apple in Spetchley Road at about 8.20pm following reports of a fight involving about 10 men.

Although three people were taken to hospital, a police spokesman said there were no witnesses to the incident and no formal complaints had been lodged.
