New care home holds open day on Saturday

A NEW care home on the outskirts of Worcester is throwing open its doors to visitors this Saturday.

Perry Manor in Newtown Road next to Worcestershire Royal Hospital is holding an open day on Saturday, May 31 before officially opening to residents the following Monday.

Visitors will able to look around the £6.5 million, 82-bed home, meet manager Mike Dearn and his team and learn more about services at the facility, which will provide nursing, residential, dementia and respite care.
