Three-year-old and her dad found in Didcot area say police.
A THREE-year-old girl missing from Worcester along with her father have been found safe and well, police have said.
Thames Valley Police this evening confirmed Tanith Powell and her dad Ewan Powell were found in the Didcot area of Oxfordshire earlier today.
The statement thanked the public and media for their assistance.
Mr Powell, aged 42, of Benson, Oxfordshire and his daughter Tanith Powell had not been seen since Saturday morning when he picked the toddler up from her Worcester home.
Since the missing person appeal was launched yesterday, there had been unconfirmed sightings of Tanith and her father.
Contact was last made with Mr Powell on Monday but the pair had not been heard from since.
Thames Valley Police led the search, and were said to be working with officers from West Mercia but also with colleagues and neighbours of Mr Powell to find them.
Officers say Mr Powell’s home in Benson had recently been vacated.
Earlier today, Chief Insp Elaine Axe, from Thames Valley Police, said there was nothing to suggest either of them had been harmed in any way.
She said: “There is no evidence to suggest they have come to any harm. Although this was a pre-arranged visit, we would like to see Mr Powell and his daughter to ensure they are safe.”
Police added the disappearance was “out of character” for Mr Powell.
