A CHARITABLE cyclist is saddling up to raise money for a Worcestershire nursing home.
Activities coordinator at The Lawns nursing home in Main Road, Kempsey Nicola Johnston took part in the 46-mile Cotswold Cycle Challenge on Monday, May 26.
Now she is preparing to take on an even more epic challenge when she cycles 54 miles in the British Heart Foundation's London to Brighton bike ride on Sunday, June 15.
Mrs Johnston said she hoped she could raise as much as possible for The Lawns.
"I find it a privilege to give my residents the best quality of life and to give them as much fun as I possibly can," she said.
"I find it the most rewarding job.
"I have trained hard for the past few months in preparation for this challenge and I would be so grateful for any donations".
