Hospital staff asked for views on care

Worcester News: Worcestershire Royal Hospital Worcestershire Royal Hospital

STAFF working at the organisation running Worcestershire Royal Hospital are being asked whether they would recommend the facilities run by the trust as a place to be treated.

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust – which also runs Redditch’s Alexandra Hospital and Kidderminster Hospital – launched its first trial Staff Friends and Family Test on Monday, June 16.

The scheme is similar to the standard Friends and Family Test and asks staff if they would recommend the trust as a place to be treated as well as a place to work.

The trial runs until Monday, June 30 and will be relaunched later in the year.

Every member of the staff has been sent a copy of the test and it is hoped at least 60 per cent will respond.
