Please can I say that both Jim & Lyn Wainwright, proprietors of The Camp are safe and well.
They are obviously devastated after having months of repairs done after the floods to now have to start all over again.
Jim, Lyn and family would like to thank everyone for their kind words of support and offers of help. We truely are blessed with fantastic customers, aquaintances and friends.
This is a big blow but everything in their power will make sure that their 75th anniversary of the Wainwright family at The Camp House Inn, Grimley, will continue on Friday 15th of August

I often wonder how they manage to keep it viable . to my knowledge they must have lost the last two festive seasons through flooding . a lovely pub . I shall have to walk down the Severn way for a pint or two .
