Worcester man accused of assulting his partner
A WORCESTER man is to face trial accused of assaulting his partner.
David Hilton of Henry Street appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Friday accused of assaulting his partner Emma Arthur on July 12 and was bailed for trial on December 16.
The court heard the charges had been brought by a police officer.
Although the 25-year-old had been bailed on the condition he does not contact Miss Arthur, the court agreed to lift this.
