COMMUTERS are facing severe delays this morning as part of Hylton Road in Worcester is closed to allow the repair of a burst water main.

A large amount of water remains on the road, between the B4206 Henwick Road and the A44 Tybridge Street, although access to premises is still allowed.

Bus routes 31B and Yarranton Bros remain on diversions via St John's and Henwick Road, along with drivers.

The road will be closed until at least mid morning.
