The Infirmary Medical Museum at the University of Worcester 's City Campus will open every Saturday, throughout August.
This is in addition to the weekday open times.
Situated on the former site of one of England’s oldest infirmaries, the museum gives visitors the chance to meet characters from the building’s past, investigate medical technology, explore people’s memories and stories and compare today’s healthcare with that from other places and eras.
Also running during the month is the ‘Looking Out, Looking In’ exhibition, which displays the work of local artists who work with glass. That exhibition is being hosted at the neighbouring Jenny Lind Chapel.
August Opening times for the Infirmary Medical Museum will be 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday, and between 10am and 4pm on Saturdays.
