TRAVELLERS have moved on from three different locations off Hylton Road in Worcester.

It is believed the travellers moved their caravans, cars and camper vans off the University of Worcester's Riverside pay and display car park, a private car park at the back of ETB and a service road at the back of the Worcester News sometime in the night, after they arrived at around 9.30pm on Friday morning.

The top of a barrier was removed at the car park at the back of ETB and two holes have appeared in the fence.

The holes create a cut-through between three areas off Hylton Road where the caravans and camper vans are parked. Across all three sites there were four caravans, a camper van and several cars, one of which was blocking the service road near Sabrina Motor Services yesterday.

Well done WN with this usual late to the party story. They were on YOUR road for goodness sake! Get your noses out of of the Associated Press feed bag and report on what is happening on your doorstep. Don't wait for the story to end before writing about it.

This story was another kick in the teeth for local residents and tax payers as, as per usual our local boys in blue looked the other way and then ran away from the problem rather than dealing with it. This is in spite of the fact that this time they damaged property and assaulted a security officer gaining entry to the car park.
