A HORSE had to be sedated and removed from an overturned horse box when the car towing it was involved in a car crash.
Three cars were in the collision at 2.40pm today (Sun Aug 17) on the A4103 Worcester to Hereford road in Storridge, near Halfkey Road and the New Inn pub.
Firefighters were called to the scene of the crash and were forced to call a vet to sedate the horse in the box, which was on its side.
The horse was then removed and is being treated at the scene.
The road has not been closed and traffic is coping well.
