A WOMAN had to be transported from Worcestershire Beacon with a suspected fractured ankle.
An off-road vehicle was used to reach her, before she was conveyed to Malvern Community Hospital.
A spokesman for Hereford and Worcester Fire Control confirmed one crew from Malvern were deployed to the beacon 12.17pm, and used an argocat vehicle to reach her, before handing over to the ambulance service.
A spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 11.40am and deployed one ambulance and one rapid response vehicle.
"The patients had sustained a leg injury, and it seems she injured herself while on the hill.
"It is suspected to be a fractured ankle. The scene was left at 1.33pm, and the patient was conveyed to Malvern Community Hospital."
