Herefordshire bridge closed after kayakers get into trouble on River Wye
A COUPLE got into trouble while kayaking along the River Wye near Herefordshire.
Emergency services closed Bridge Sollars near to the A438, about seven miles west of Hereford, to search for the man and woman after receiving a call from them at 2.40am this morning stating they had experienced difficulties and had become disorientated.
The man and woman were found safe and well at about 7.15am.
Police aim to have the road reopened as soon as possible.
