A MOTORCYCLIST was taken to hospital this afternoon (Friday, September 19) after a crash in Sunnyside Road, Worcester.
There was a collision between a car and a motorbike on the road at about 12.30pm.
Crews from Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service and the West Midlands Ambulance Service attended, while a crew from the air ambulance made their way to the scene by car, due to adverse flying conditions.
The biker, thought to be in his 20s, was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital in a stable condition, but with "a possible fractured leg", according to an ambulance service spokesman.
