POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an attack in which a 71-year-old woman was pushed down a hill in Droitwich.
The pensioner was walking with her three dogs in the park in Tagwell Road at about 6.50pm on Monday, November 24 when she was approached by a border collie which began causing a nuisance.
The collie’s owner then approached the woman and pushed her hard to the chest, causing her to fall backwards down a hill. She suffered minor injuries.
The attacker is described as a white man, aged about 60 and about 5ft 10in tall. He was slim but well built and was wearing a dark hat and dark clothing. His dog was a black and tan collie with brindle and white markings.
Anyone with any information is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident 55-s-241214.
