A MAN accused of committing a lewd act in a supermarket car park in front of a woman and her daughter has had his case adjourned.
George Kosinski, from The Firs, Kempsey, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court charged with committing an act of outraging public decency in ASDA car park, Silver Street, Worcester, on Friday, January 2.
Owen Beale, prosecuting, asked for the trial to be adjourned because the charge needed to have two people witness the act and may have to be changed if there was not.
He said while it was certain a woman saw what the 65-year-old was doing it is not known from the police statement whether her daughter also witnessed the act.
An email asking police for confirmation was sent on Saturday but no reply had been received by today's [Monday] trial.
Kosinski, who is representing himself, is set to return to court on Monday, February 9.
