A MUM from Worcester is limbering herself up to be put through her paces during a five kilometre mud run and assault course for Comic Relief next week.
Forty-year-old mum of two, Tracy Trigg, says she has never taken part in anything like it before but wants to support work colleagues who signed up for the course.
Miss Trigg, who lives in Wolsey Close, is fitting her fitness training around looking after her children while working full time as an assistant manager at TK Maxx, in Cheltenham.
She said her company gets involved with Comic Relief each year and she wanted to contribute as well.
The run and assault course is part of the gruelling "Major Series" held at Atherstone, in Warwickshire, on Saturday March 7 and is set up by the military and regarded as being not for the faint-hearted.
Miss Trigg has set up her own fundraising webpage and if anyone wants to sponsor her they can do so by going to: https://my.rednoseday.com/sponsor/tracytrigg
