POLICE are renewing their appeal for witnesses after a woman reported she had been sexually assaulted in Worcester.
The assault took place in Angel Place, Worcester at around 2.30am on Sunday, January 18.
The victim, a 22-year-old woman, left Tramps nightclub and was approached by a man near the Crown Burger Bar.
We previously reported how the alleged attacker grabbed the victim and pulled her down the alley to the rear of Angel Chef where he sexually assaulted her.
The offender is described as Asian, in his mid 20s, with scruffy hair which was longer at the sides. He was clean shaven with a scar above his upper lip.
A police spokesperson said: "West Mercia Police are still appealing for any witnesses who were in Worcester City Centre that night who may have information. Call 101 quoting incident 125S of January 18th."
