THREE youths are being hunted by police in Pershore after a schoolgirl was punched in the stomach during an attempted robbery.
The incident happened in the grounds of Pershore Abbey at about 8.15am on Monday, March 5.
The girl was approached by the youths, thought to be between 15 and 16 years old, one of whom assaulted her and demanded money, although none was handed over.
The attacker is described 5ft 11in tall and wearing a black, woollen hooded top - with a blue dragon on the back - that covered his face.
The second youth - who had black hair with a fringe - wore a brown, short-sleeve top with white Chinese writing on the left-hand side.
The third youth, who had short brown hair, wore a long-sleeve black top. All three wore denim jeans.
Pershore police are appealing for anyone who saw the incident, or recognises the descriptions of any of the attackers, to call them on 08457 444 888, quoting 127S/050307 or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
