A NINE-year-old girl has suffered a broken leg and arm and has severe bruising after being knocked down by a car.
Isabel Fieldhouse, of Lower Grove Hill Farm, Suckley, near Worcester, was injuredwhen she was hit by a pick-up truck outside the village's post office and stores on Tuesday night.
John Rudge, Isabel's father, said: "She went to the shop with her mum to get some things for tea. She went to get back into the car and the next thing they heard a bang.
"She has broken her right leg in two places as well as her right arm. She has a black eye and a lot of bruising on her body and head."
