VAIDAS Grazulis, of White-wood Way, Whittington, Worcester, has been fined £60 and given three points on his licence after admitting that he broke the speed limit in, Worcester.
Sina Akhtar, prosecuting, told Worcester magistrates: "He was driving his Renault Megane on New Road at 4.45am on Thursday, August 31 last year.
"The camera caught him at 38mph, breaking the speed limit of 30mph."
Grazulis, aged 24, who holds a European Union driving licence, said: "I accept the fine and have no problems in paying it off."
