A WORCESTER woman was bound over to keep the peace following a row with her teenage stepson.
Jane Blades, aged 41, was bound over to keep the peace in the sum of £100 for 12 months.
The bind follows an explosive argument with her stepson Ian Cox outside the home of her partner, Barry Cox, at their home in Grenville Road, Dines Green, Worcester. Mrs Blades admitted behaving in a way likely to cause a breach of the peace during the argument on Wednesday, March 7, when she appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Sally Hill, prosecuting, said there had been a number of arguments at the house from Monday, March 5. She told the court that police escorted her back to the address after she was arrested for an alleged assault on her stepson Ian Cox only for her to be arrested again after she was involved in a shouting match with him.
Mark Sheward, defending, said: "His son is 19 years old and he doesn't always accept what he's told to do by my client."
