A HUNDRED people attended a conference on cutting carbon dioxide emissions.
Vision 21, a partnership of public, private, voluntary and community sector organisations across the Malvern Hills district, held the annual carbon neutral conference at the Bank House, Bransford.
People from a variety of organisations attended the conference, which endorsed a sustainable community strategy developed by Vision 21 over the past year.
It sets out three key priorities over the next decade and a half: environment and climate change, meeting local housing needs and improving economic viability.
Delegates discussed how to develop the strategy and attended a number of surgeries with experts on subjects such as accommodating village teenagers, local housing issues and speed problems on local roads.
Sue Adeney, chairwoman of Vision 21's strategic board, said: "We had a successful day and it was good to see so many organisations represented.
Vision 21's full community strategy will be published in the summer. Copies of the short-form strategy are available from Malvern Hills District Council.
