MEMBERS of a Young Enterprise company from Worcester Sixth Form College have won two awards at a trade fair.
Students from the company, Allied, were named best company and best company for sales and marketing at the South Worcestershire Young Enterprise Trade Fair.
Allied participated in the showcase event and displayed their product ‘The Little Box of Worcestershire’.
This is a subscription-based package containing five products from Worcestershire businesses.
The concept is to offer businesses the chance to promote their products every month, when a new box is released containing different products.
Rob Ebbatson, a member of the team and second year student at theollege, said: "We gained overwhelmingly positive reactions from the judges, the mayor and members of the public.
"Everyone has put in a lot of time, energy and determination and we are extremely pleased that we have been rewarded with these awards."
