Fire flat bedroom tackled by crews
FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze in the bedroom of a first floor flat in Warndon last night.
Two crews from Worcester and a station officer attended the fire in the bedroom of the flat in Selsey Close, Warndon.
The alert came to the fire service at 9.08pm and they attended using breathing apparatus and a hose reel and covering jet to extinguish the fire before ventilating the property.
Police also attended and fitted a smoke alarm in the property.
