THREE children were among the casualties during a three-car collision in Worcester.
The crash in Droitwich Road left one car on its roof and five people in total requiring medical treatment - but no-one was seriously injured.
A Range Rover Freelander, Renault Modus and Volkswagen Polo were involved in the incident, which took place at 3.06pm.
West Mercia Police attended the scene alongside a Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew from Worcester.
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent two ambulances and a rapid response paramedic to the crash and one patient was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
Nearby roads have been closed, leading to reports of long tailbacks, but local diversions are in place.
Tom Guest tweeted a picture of the collision, adding: "Nasty-looking smash on Droitwich Road, seems everyone got out ok though. Road closed, traffic backing up."
