DIGLIS bridge is getting a spring clean from tomorrow by workers from Worcester City Council.
The footbridge will remain open during the next few days as cleaning work is completed although half of the bridge may be closed with barriers at any one time while the bridge is cleaned by the street cleansing team.
A spokesman for the city council said he expected the work would begin the morning. The bridge, which cost £2 million, was officially opened in July 2010.
