Blessed Edward students take part in Good Shepherd Mass in Worcester
MORE than 50 students from Blessed Edward College played a key part in the celebration of the annual Good Shepherd Mass at St. George’s Catholic Church in Worcester.
Musicians and choir members combined to create an uplifting service and they were supported by 300 students from 11 other schools.
During Lent Blessed Edward students engaged in a number of fundraising activities and the mass allowed them to show their appreciation and support for the work of the Father Hudson’s society and to present a cheque.
Students from the college also took part in the ‘walk a mile in their shoes’ initiative and will be presenting further fundraising at a specially dedicated mass in June.
