A woman with a history of offending has been evicted from her Malvern home.

Hayley Rowberry, formerly of 11 Atyeo Close, who has convictions for theft, assault and drug offences in the area has been removed from her home after a possession order on her property was secured.

PC Dave Wise, of Malvern Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: "This resident's behaviour has caused significant harm to the people of Malvern over a number of years and we are grateful to those members of the community who have been brave in coming forward to provide the evidence that has helped secure this eviction.

"This is another example of Malvern Hills Safer Neighbourhood Team's strong working relationship with Fortis Living and the latest in a series of successful evictions that keep Malvern a safe and low-crime area."

34 year-old Rowberry has also been subject to a number of anti-social complaints from local residents regarding noisy parties and drunken behaviour,

PC Wise, Fortis Living and residents presented evidence against her at Worcester County Court in September 2014.

It was here a suspended possession order was granted which has now been followed up with a full eviciton.

Since that time, there have been incidents of continued anti-social behaviour, and on March 18 a quantity of what is believed to be heroin was discovered at her address.

Several people remain on police bail in connection with the drugs that were found.
