A child was hurt in a two-car crash in Worcester this morning that left a road blocked.
An adult and the child were injured in the crash involving a Vauxhall Corsa and a Nissan Qashqai.
It happened around 7.45am on Comer Road, St John's, near the junction of Laugherne Road.
A spokeswoman for West Mercia Police said: "We were called to the incident at 7.42am.
"An adult and a child have been hurt in the incident, but the injuries are not thought to be serious.
"The road is blocked at the moment."
Later, witness Dave Dunbar said: "Comer Road looks all clear now. I just walked to the Laugherne Road entrance, and there was no sign of the road being blocked."
Another witness, Owen Copson said: "As I was getting home from a paper round I do every morning I heard a bang and went outside to look where it was from.
"About 15 metres away from my house on Comer Road a car had ended up pretty much on top of a parked car."
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed the injuries were not serious.
"No one was seriously hurt, nor was anyone transported to hopsital. The patients were advised to see their GPs."
One ambulance attended the scene.
