YOUNGSTERS from Upton Snodsbury C E First School took part in The Save The Children Den Building Day.
The children from a mix of year groups were sponsored to build a shelter and brought in cardboard, netting, old curtains and sheeting to build it.
Once built the children sat inside to experience what it would be like to have only the shelter as their home.
They also raised £520 for the charity.
