A WOMAN had her faith in the human race restored when a "very kind person" handed in her lost bag of shopping.

Sheila Law, of Stourport, had bought some expensive Clinique beauty products from Boots in Worcester on Thursday (July 30) but then accidentally left them in the public toilets at the city's bus station.

But to her immense surprise a Good Samaritan found the shopping bag and took it back to Boots, enabling her to be reunited with the lost items.

She said: "It was an expensive purchase and as you can imagine I was a little upset.

"After ringing the bus depot and speaking to a very nice man I got no joy there.

"I then decided to ring the Boots store - it was a long shot - but to my surprise and delight a very kind person had returned the bag to the store.

"Unfortunately they left no name so I am unable to thank them personally.

"I have collected the bag and didn't let go of it on the way home.

"My faith in the human race is restored and I am very grateful to whoever it was."
