PEOPLE will be attending a workshop to find out more about IT for the elderly today.
The event is aimed at housing professionals who want to encourage more of their older folk to use e-mails and gain access to the internet.
Organised by Malvern-based Festival Housing Group, the workshop will be held at The Firs sheltered housing scheme in Kempsey, near Worcester.
Resident involvement officer Michael Dutfield said: "Computer skills can bring older people great benefits, including shopping and banking from home, increased confidence and decreased loneliness. We want to encourage as many other housing organisations as possible to join this workshop."
