HANNAH Newrick of Malvern Link took this remarkable picture on Monday night showing the rising moon flanked by two "moon dogs".
She said: "It's apparently quite a rare phenomenon, caused by ice crystals in the sky that reflect the light of the sun or moon.
"It's more common to get sun dogs that look like this, but I was told this was a nice shot of the rarer moon dogs. And I have no idea where the dog bit of the name comes from."
The picture was taken on the road between Ross and Ledbury at about 9pm.
