A YOUTH charity's annual general meeting celebrated the positive role young people can play in improving society.
Young Solutions Worcestershire, formerly Worcestershire Council for Voluntary Youth Services, held the event at Hindlip Hall on Wednesday, September 30.
Keynote speaker Barrie Sheldon, deputy police and crime commissioner in West Mercia, spoke of the importance of supporting young people to get involved positively in their communities.
Numerous young people also gave presentations during the evening while Ellie Courtman and Orla Owen of Hanley Castle School hosted the event.
Michael Hunter, chairman of Young Solutions, spoke of the charity's "momentous" year which featured a rebranding while Cat Illingworth, the organisation's development officer, formally launched the new website youngsolutions.org.uk
