AN introduction to archaeology workshop led by archaeologist and tutor Justin Hughes will be held at The Hive in Worcester.
The sessions will take place every Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm between November 4 and December 9.
Attendees will have the chance to learn more about archaeological methodology, covering the discovery and recording of sites and objects, and the use of photos and maps.
They will also be given a brief archaeological history of the county before covering archaeological techniques.
No previous knowledge or experience is required.
Justin Hughes, archaeologist, said: "Many people are fascinated by archaeology, the processes and how we make sense of what we discover.
"This is a great opportunity to find out more, particularly as we'll use lots of examples from Worcestershire and the Midlands."
Places cost £45 and can be booked at thehiveworcester.org/events
