KIDDERMINSTER Harriers’ relegation battle reaches a make or break moment as they face a must-win clash at fellow bottom four outfit Boreham Wood on Saturday.

The Aggborough outfit look up at the rest of the Vanarama National League and if they are to start clawing back the 16 point deficit from safety they need to start winning games now.

With 18 matches left, Harriers must taste only their third victory of a deeply frustrating campaign at Boreham Wood.

The North London side currently reside in the final relegation spot but have double Kidderminster’s points.

Harriers go into the game on the back of a horrendous eight game losing streak and while there were pleasing signs in last week’s 1-0 loss at Aldershot, it could not yield a victory.

Boreham Wood have been in solid form in recent weeks, beating Braintree and recording encouraging draws against Eastleigh and Cheltenham.

Harriers could hand a start to on-loan Barnsley striker Harry White, a young targetman who earned a move to the Tykes based on impressive displays for Gloucester.

Evans Garnett may also get his chance after an encouraging substitute display in Hampshire last week.

Adam Dawson is also recovering well from his hernia operation but it’s unclear if he will make his first Harriers appearance since September 5 2015.

Meanwhile, Boreham attacker Anthony Jeffrey, 21, could play against Harriers after signing for Forest Green Rovers and being loaned back to the London side.
