WONDERFULLY presented by a hugely talented cast Avenue Q tackles  the extremely adult themes that many shows try to avoid - gay love, racism, drunkenness and anxiety to name a few, through some very clever and amusing songs including: The Internet's for Porn, Everyone's a Little Bit Racist, It Sucks to be Me, If you Were Gay and What Do You Do with a BA in English?

Clueless what todo with his BA in English college graduate Princeton moves into Avenue Q in downtown New York where he soon meets some of the other residents that include Republican Rod a closet gay, Lucy the Slut and kindergarten teaching assistant Kate Monster is desperate for a date, each contest who has the worse life - as the characters describe their worries, concerns and insecurities it's funny how you immediately relate to each of them, life has its ups and downs and is not a bed of roses, but this show gives the audience plenty of reason to feel uplifted, positive and optimistic it will make you laugh out loud, it's humorous and naughty and yes the puppets are cute - Caution! Not suitable for Little Monsters.

Stephen Arden as Nicky/Trekkie Monster/Bad Idea Bear, Sarah Harlington as Kate Monster/Lucy the Slut and Richard Lowe as Priceton and Rod were outstanding, these multitalented individuals effortlessly sing and act whilst working the puppets brilliantly. Etisyai Philip was a cool Gary Coleman.

It's superbly written and acted and guess what? We're all in this together looking for our purpose...
