THE team at a Worcester gym have held a charity fun day raising money for the British Heart Foundation.
Staff and members of David Lloyd gym, at Sixways Worcester, took part in the event on February 5, and managed to raise an impressive £600.
As part of the fundraising day the team members took it in turns on a static bike and rower, clocking up a virtual miles in a bid to pedal to London.
Cakes were also brought in by members to be purchased with a donation, and everyone was encouraged to wear red - the colours of the charity.
Caroline Leah, from the gym, added after the successful event David Lloyd Worcester is planning to hold other fundraising events for the British Heart Foundation, throughout the year.
