Busy night for motorway police in Worcestershire and elsewhere in the region
OFFICERS from the Central Motorway Police Group have had a busy night, dealing with a range of incidents including drink drivers and stopping a stolen car.
On the M5 at junction 3 they arrested a man for drink driving. They also arrested two men from a stolen car in Coventry.
In Longbridge they stopped a driver who blew 102mcg at the roadside, the limit being 35mcg in 100ml of breath.
An Audi was also seized when it was found the owner had allowed someone else to drive the vehicle who was not insured.
On Sunday they stopped a driver on the M5 at Bromsgrove (junction 4) who blew 139mcg.
